 ARC Builders was founded in 2008 with one vision in mind    

 "To deliver high quality construction projects with excellent service to the client"     

The founders recognized that most residential project owner face headaches and tremendous frustration throughout the project deliver process. With that, ARC was established with its focus on delivering well executed projects with quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. 

ARC Builders was established in Washington DC in 2008 and expanded to Maryland in 2011. Services delivered from the onset have included project management and construction administration services for large scale government projects. Within 3 years of being established, ARC  was a prime general contractor on noteworthy District of Columbia Government funded projects such as libraries and school renovation projects. Residential projects have included trade work on  a 26 unit apartment building and  general contracting services on complete remodel of multi family row house residences. By 2012, the company had grown such that it had larger scale projects with single contracts valued in excess of $6,000,000 in revenue.  As the company moves into the  its 14th year of existence, its focus will be on continued expansion. The company continues to offer clients on schedule and cost-effective project delivery for its residential and commercial projects.  ​  ​

ARC Builders is certified by the DC Office of Local and Small Business Development (DSLBD) as being a Woman Owned, Local, Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. Located in The Washington DC Enterprise zone, ARC has 12 preference points  according to DSLBD standards. The company's preference is for municipal and local government work including, schools, libraries, parks and recreation centers. ARC Builders leadership have over 50 years of collective experience in school and recreations facility capital projects
